About
Leanlove, as a project manager, works in all aspects of studies within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) including study set-up, site visits, monitoring visits, follow-ups. She is a strong lead in her area, with twenty years as an ICU nurse under her belt. Half of her FTE is managing Wellington ICU Research where she shares her passion for research and to promote research awareness and highlight NZ ICU research culture. Despite her professional successes and status as a highly respected researcher and clinician, Leanlove says that she is most proud of her children.
