Leanlove works in all aspects of studies within the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) including study set-up, site visits, monitoring visits, follow-ups. She is a strong lead in her area, with twenty years as an ICU nurse under her belt. She is a member of the NZ Nursing Council and The Australian and New Zealand Intensive Care Society’s Clinical Trial Group. Despite her professional successes and status as a highly respected researcher and clinician, Leanlove says that she is most proud of her children.
